Right about here, I said fuck, really loud.

I've been sitting on a tattoo idea for awhile. And today, on the anniversary of my aunts death. I got one!

Right about here, I said fuck, really loud.

 All done but the cleaning.

All things put aside, that tattoo is simply amazing and I love it. And it commemorates my struggle through life, and one of the most important people in my life. My aunt.

A very successful endeavor.

Do you have a tattoo? What is it of?

Teresa Viola Rose Colford

Last month, on January 23, 2013 I lost one of the greatest people to ever have touched my life. Her name was Teresa. She was my aunt and godmother.

Teresa was a former solider in the Canadian Forces, and served them well. She was a mother of two kids that are now very successful in theirs lives one attending university and the other applying. She raised them to be wonderful well rounded kids.

Teresa was a daughter and a sister. There is nothing Teresa would not do for her mother and sisters. Or for us kids that she loved so deeply.

I was adopted into my family, and one of the first people to ever welcome me or for that matter make me feel welcome was dearest Teresa. Not a day went by that she was trying to include me in everything everyone was doing.

One of the things that was super important to my aunt was our graduation. We worked out butts off and that was one thing she was extremely proud of.

I shared my prom with her also. That was a super fun day. Mostly trying to move a ball gown around a hospital room. But oh it was well worth it.

In the photo is Teresa's son Kasey! And I'm the girl in the ballgown.

Though it has only been a short time. I miss you every day, and more and more I wish I could just say I love you one more time.

See you up there someday, Teresa. <3
