So one of my favorite things is tea.
In this post, I will talk about tea, and what types of tea are good for certain things.
1. Chamomile: stressed out, about to go to bed, angry
* So if you're boyfriend/girlfriend/partner has done something enough to make you angry, make yourself some chamomile tea!
2. Green: Tired, feeling sick, trying to lose weight
* The recent events in my life have lead me to find this completely true!
3. Chai: Sluggish, having a sore stomach
* I have not tried this remedy, if anyone does, let me know.
4. Oolong: Burning fat, breaking out
* Heading to the gym? Have a cup of oolong before hand.
5. Peppermint (personal favorite): Prone to headaches, sore
* Peppermint tea is wonderful, add some sugar and the head shall disappear.
There are many types of tea, and I like most all of them. However, these can provide you non-pharmaceutical remedies!
Also, I like apple-cinnamon tea.
